This place was just right, and the staff were super friendly and pleasant. the location couldn't have been better for where we needed to go. being only 0.5 km from the airport was a major plus! 🌟.

The room was clean and beautiful, with a balcony and brand-new amenities including a refrigerator and a kettle, in a convenient and marvelous location close to a recognizable tower, Koh Rong Sanloem, and the pier.

The location offered was comfortable right by the pier. It also was next to the sea. The room was extremely spacious with comfy beds and sea views. Extra touches like a private safe, a minibar, and central heating were a treat, staff were amicable and helpful❤

We had a SUCH GREAT 1 night stay. the rooms were perfectly clean and brand-new with a balcony, really enjoyed it. Very helpful staff and the location was the best possible and marvelous. the hotel exceeded high expectations, we will be returning here soon.

We stayed at Ss Hotel for a few days to rest after my partner's knee injury. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed with 4 pillows. The staff, especially the manager Roseth Ny, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the port, making it easy to catch the boats. There are also nearby dining options on the main road. a new and modern hotel with excellent room design and a great sea view.

The rooms at SS Hotel & Residence are so cozy and comfortable! I loved the seating area and the flat-screen TV. Plus, some rooms even have a kitchen with a fridge and a minibar. Talk about convenience!

I personally didn't enjoy the city view from the balcony. But hey, that's just my opinion!

the hotel is brand new and offers clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony. the beds were super comfy and the free WiFi had a great connection. the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from New Pier, making it easy to catch a boat to the nearby islands. I booked a Deluxe double and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite with an ocean view. the staff were accommodating, even with my late arrival. I highly recommend SS Hotel & Residence for a great stay in Sihanoukville.

The hotel in Sihanoukville was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and well-decorated. The hotel had a romantic rooftop swimming pool and a restaurant with a wide selection of inexpensive dishes. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. They even had a laundry room for convenience.

The available cooking facilities and dining table in the room were lacking, making it difficult to prepare their own meals.
